Technical specifications (TU) are a company standard for manufactured products that sets out the requirements ensuring their quality and safety. This document specifies the procedures by which compliance with these requirements can be verified.
The need to develop technical specifications at our company arose because the services we provide are not covered by DSTU standards: it is a unique product with no equivalents, for which no national standards exist.
The technical specifications we have developed set out the requirements according to which the production process is configured, and also define the manufacturer’s obligations to the consumer with regard to maintaining the level of product quality.
The specifications also set out the rules for product acceptance and the methods of product quality control, so that disagreements about the level of quality between the consumer and the manufacturer can be prevented.
